With good reason I wholeheartedly recommend Whitehouse Residential as your next Letting Agent and/or Estate Agent. I have my wife to thank for introducing me to Gary and Sue in 2019. It was a time when Id had a horrific (and expensive) experience with a previous Enfield-based Letting agent. I was seriously considering packing it in as a Landlord. I had little-to-no trust to offer Letting Agents! By showing empathy and respect for my predicament Gary and Sue built trust and credibility quickly through their actions and behaviours. Highly professional, straightforward, knowledgeable and responsive throughout the last 3 years, which included keeping me abreast of legislative changes ahead of time. These traits were reflected in the prospective tenants they were able to source. Landlords/Sellers, you can save yourself a heap of stress by going with Whitehouse Residential :).
