Real Flame

Really very poor customer service, frankly rude phone manners from the staff and always have to chase constantly via email and over the phone for any result. They really need to work on how they treat customers and handle enquiries.

First class experience both in showroom and when engineer called to survey Unfortunately due to unforseen circumstances unable to have real/gas fire so we are going down the bi-ethanol route

I had a very good and pleasant experience with Real Flame. I am very happy with the service they have provided. My fireplace is up and running again and looks great.

The surround that builders had made for our hole-in-the-wall fireplace was falling apart. Real Flame were able to provide a custom solution using their reeded vermiculite boards and a mat metal surround. The measurement and installation by their partner Butterworth's was expert and quickly done. Coronavirus complicated and slowed down the initial assessment of what could be done, but once a solution was agreed it all went quickly and smoothly. As the "before" and "after" shots show, It looks brand new now and we have reason to believe it will last for years and years.

I have been using Real Flame for the past 10 years and Aga and Piotr are just a fabulous combination. Service is first class, nothing is ever a problem and they always find imaginative solutions to problems that others will solve by adding unnecessary costs and complexity to your fireplace.
