        Called in to ask for an item but they didn't have the product and quickly ended the call. So unhelpful I dont think they were even interested in finding an alternative. Similar to other poor service comments here I'm afraid.

        AVOID BUYING IN THE SHOP. Huge price premium on items bought in the shop rather than from the website - one of my items was 57% more expensive in the shop. Unless you need some advice from staff in the shop, which is how they justify this dual price system, just shop online.
