Cajetan has been amazing from the ordering process to the logistics of fitting. We had to execute in several instalments to juggle the overall house renovation. Square Metre were very flexible and understanding, and managed to provide outstanding service in spit of all the activity. Would highly recommend. They've also lent us large slates to check colour matching with the kitchen we were in the process of ordering.

Very pleased with the service received by Square Metre Flooring. Cajetan and the team in the showroom were very helpful when planning our project (living room) and arranging the fit was easy with a quick turnaround to get the floor fitted. Unfortunately we did run into some trouble with the floor a few months after an initial fit and Tom and his team came over to investigate. It turned out this was an issue with the materials provided by the floori mg manufacturer and the team very quickly arranged for an entire replacement under warranty. This was done with a full new set of materials which was appreciated and once the new panels were available, was completed in a day which included finishing and painting all skirting boards that had to be taken off in the process. We are very pleased with the service received and plan to use Square Metre again in future stages of our home improvement project.
