Old Boot Sofas

We couldnt be happier with our lovely cuddle chairs and footstool! Just what we were hoping. The customer service from Old Boot was exemplary. From the beautifully presented satchel of leather samples to an easy ordering process. We even had a call to confirm our order and spoke to an actual person - a rarity these days! We then received regular emails explaining what was happening and how the order was progressing. The chairs arrived promptly on the day that was planned AND the delivery men were charming! I highly recommend this company. It just shows what fantastic products and service are available from a small company which cares about its products and customers. I wish all at Old Boot all the luck in the world, they deserve to thrive.

We are delighted with our 2 seated Hepburn style sofa. It did take a while to arrive but we were in no hurry as were waiting for an extension to be finished. Despite the length of time the company kept in regular contact with updates, so it wasnt a problem for us at all. The main thing is the sofa! Whereas its not the exact match to our 2 existing armchairs it goes perfectly in our cottage lounge. The perfect size and most importantly its comfortable. I know there were some reviews that said it took a while to soften we loved ours straightaway. Its the most comfortable sofa weve ever had. So as my husband says excuse the poor pun SoFAR SO Good Yes I would recommend all good things come to those who wait! Much rather wait and it be right than rush for some uncomfortable and poorly made sofa.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish with Old Boot Sofas. I first contacted them to request fabric samples. I received an immediate e-mail to confirm my order, and received the swatches a day or two later. I submitted my order and received an immediate reply from a representative to confirm my order. During that conversation, I decided to receive a few more swatches to double-check my colour choice. These swatches were received 1-2 days later and I made my final selection and submitted payment. From that point, I was informed my Howard Leather Snuggler Chair would take approximately 9 weeks to construct. I was e-mailed periodically throughout that time to keep me updated on its progress. Once it was complete, I received an e-mail informing me that I would be contacted by their third party shipping party to arrange delivery. Within a day, I received that e-mail. From there it was a smooth process to schedule a preferred delivery date and time. The third party called prior to arrival and arrived at our arranged time. They took great care moving my chair and making the final set-up. Super easy process!! Would love to order from them again. I LOVE my chair!!! It's so comfortable and the quality is evident. Very pleased with my investment and Old Boot's superb service.
