My experience with having LASIK at this clinic has been amazing. I actually came to see Dr. Ayoub for a separate issue, which he also resolved, and ended up staying because the clinic is so friendly kind and attentive. They spoke me through every moment of the surgery to keep me calm and informed. I am now less than a week post LASIK operation and the results are incredible so far. I would safely recommend this clinic for anyone looking for the services offered here.

In 1990 I had Radial Keratotomy, a corrective eye surgery procedure, which after 30 years had left me with +6 and +8 prescriptions and needing to wear contact lenses for 14 hours every day. Mr. Ayoub recommended Refractive Lens Exchange, and explained that although I was a complicated case due to the previous surgery, he would be able to considerably improve my vision. Following the procedure, my long distance vision is excellent, and while I do need to use glasses (+1.5) for reading, I can go about my daily life without them. I would thoroughly recommend this procedure, it has transformed my life. Thank you Mr. Ayoub!!

I was having the following issues with my eyes for the past 2-3 years 1. stinging and grittyness feeling 2. Cyst on my eyelid My local high street optican didnt really do anything other than give me drops and diagnosis of dry eye . Went back to the optician who said there is a possible erosion and then referred me to a specialist. I was then getting messed about by the NHS who stated this is an issue a local optician should be dealing with. After getting bounced from pillar to post I eventually found Mr Ayoub online and made a private appointment with him. The appointment was at a private clinic in Fulham, which was clean, tidy and welcoming I was extremely nervous and Mr Ayoub helped calm me down. He actually took the time to do various checks on my eyes and advised i have a recurrent corneal erosion assessment. He explained map-dot-fingerprint corneal epithelial dystrophy was the full name. As I was nervous around what this was, he explained it all in detail showing me the pictures from his tests to enhance my understanding of the condition . He explained the cyst will not go away unless I have it surgically removed . Where as the local optician said a heated mask would get rid of it To summarise he knows his field inside out and is an encyclopedia of knowledge. He explained the various options I have to manage the condition included laser which costs 4,000 for both eyes. However he didn't push this option on me at all and instead said I was better off starting with eye drops and gel. He is not the type of person to simply recommend the most expensive option and genuinely gives you the best advice He is quick to respond to any queries you have. He definitely helped calm me down and put my mind at ease I would have no hesitations in recommending him

I went in considering lasik for my mediocre vision. After a discussion and examination, Mr. Ayoub told me my vision wasn't perfect, but it was currently pretty good. He said it would serve me well in a few years when I would likely need bifocals if I was to get the surgery, so he would not recommend I move forward. I was completely ready to have my eyes done, but after his explanation I realised this was the better decision. It's great to know you will get a recommendation that is best for the patient, even if it's that surgery isn't needed.

I had an excellent experience getting lasik eye surgery. Mr Ayoub and the Oculase team are very thorough and provided me with all the information required to undergo the surgery, ensuring I understood the whole process. They helped me feel at ease on the day of the surgery and continued to provide compassionate care at follow-up appointments. As I travel from Glasgow, the team have been very flexible with appointment dates and are always happy to answer any questions I have. The surgery has been life changing and I cannot thank Mr Ayoub and the Oculase team enough!
