        I do not recommend this place at all. I wanted to encourage local business but what a disappointment: Nadia did not show up at home for the appointment we made together. She did not even call to apologise. After 2 hours of wait I called to ask if she was meant to be coming but she simply had forgotten about it... not to mention how rude she was. The good news is that there are plenty of other stores in Fulham that welcome you with a smile and honour their at home appointments.

        I cant recommend B&R highly enough - I was dreading replacing the carpet in the whole of my house. They couldnt have done a better job - professional and thoughtful, they facilitated the process at every juncture and it was a real success. I love the carpet, the cost was competitive and within my budget, and Nadia and her team were brilliant.
