Cheap and cheerful. I experienced a very helpful member of staff who went above and beyond. Never had any issues here, only issues that were the fault of Screwfix distribution. When this has occurred, the staff immediately remedied the situation. Impressed.

Ordered something in even though it stated it was available, turn up the next day to collect only to be told it wont be there until after 12 even after I asked when it will be In and was told the morning. Always this store!!

Terrible customer service. 4 people ahead of me at the click & collect counters - none of which had pre-ordered.mind you there were 3 c&c counters and only one for walk ins.
