        I sourced some of my Miele and Quooker appliances from Hi Spec Design and the prices were significantly cheaper than online. The service from Lucy Bates was exceptional, kept me in the loop every step of the way. Highly recommended getting a no pressure quote from them. My brother and his wife had a similar experience. Delivery also at a convenient time.

        Lucy was so very helpful. Even though I was simply an appliance customer there was no lack of customer concern, care and support. In this difficult global climate with uncertain lead times, Lucy did everything to make sure my appliances were on track. I was so impressed that she took the time to deal with MIele customer care on my behalf. So flexible too in dealing with my indecisive nature too!

        If you get Lucy Bates to help you, then you have struck gold. At this time, when no one even wants to answer the 'phone, Lucy has been the most wonderful support to me with regard to an oven, not even being allowed by Miele to sell it to me. Not too many people would have given that gracious help so willingly. I am indebted.
