Evolve 353

I can safely say that finally reaching out to Evolve 353 and booking to start their 30 day trial was the best decision I made in 2021. I had passed the studioand seen ads on social media and even though I had wanted to get back to training for a while it took me a little time to actually do it, now I wish I had done it sooner. I have tried numerous PT's over the years and it can be a hard balance to get right. Finding someone you like working with, that gets what makes you tick and helps you get results takes something special. The thing about these guys is it's easy to like working with any of team and they each have a special thing they bring to the sessions they deliver that makes each one great. Since I started training at Evolve 353 I have mastered moves I couldn't before and tried new exercises I had never seen, all with suburbinstruction, detailed guidance when something just would not click and well thought out substitutionsif required. Having shared my goals for 2022 with the team I have no doubt they will be an integral part to my reaching them and I look forward to the journey.You never feel like a stranger here, from the first minute I walked through the door the welcomes I received made me feel like I had been going there for years and it's an amazing community to be part of.

As someone who has never quite found the right fit when it comes to gyms or what to be doing with my fitness/nutrition, Evolve has been a game changer, to the point I actually look forward to going! Their mix of semi private PT and Group Classes work really really well, no two classes are the same, the sessions push you the way they should and always have a bit of fun mixed in. Ash, Dave and Cait are also brilliant at what they do, they know how to get the best out of you, making sure youre doing things the right way and adapting techniques to what works for you. More importantly theyve created a great community, no egos, no judgement, youre made to feel welcome from day 1 from everybody. Cannot recommend this place enough, only wish I had found it sooner!

I've been a member of a lot of gyms, Evolve is the best. Great community and the trainers are brilliant and friendly. Can't recommend highly enough

Best place ever with great coaches. With their guidance and advices, I lost 6 kilos within 8 months and remain persistence on which I found difficult to be with other sport club. Definitely recommend this club . Thank you to Ashton and David, as it is part of beeing a sport club family
