I have been using Laperla dry cleaners for 6 years. In my opinion, their work is excellent. I took my wedding dress there for dry cleaning, and despite the many stains on my dress, they cleaned it as if there had never been a stain on it.

Brought 400 pounds worth of linen curtains to take up with a serge to match what the curtains had and starch/iron. I was told they can match it. Received a bundle of curtains, folded up. When I opened them to hang them again a list of things became clear: 1. They washed them so harshly the weave spreads throughout making it look like a wash up rag. 2. They didn't serge, they did a fold in seam which anyone could do with a home machine. Also, badly done with uneven take up. 3. The seam is uneven with the ends being up to 4cm longer at the edges of the curtains so the seam is in the shape of a frown not a straight line. 4. They were never ironed, fluff from the harshly treated linen spread onto my floor when I unfolded them. A total rip off. Very upset and angry on the total waste of money. I have been coming to this area for two years and I met here through one of my friends, I can safely say that it was the best tailor I have seen, I went there to have my jeans tightened, they offered me two ways and I I accepted the second way, which was called original. When I received my pants from them, I couldn't believe how a tailor can do miracles? No stitching lines were visible on my pants and they were very clean and well made Services: Ironing, Clothing alterations & repairs
