I must say Mr Adhil has done a wonderful job with my dad's laundry washing & drying. Dad is very old so this service has been a life saver for me especially when people are working and need to care for their parents at the same time. I text him and he picks up and delivers without any hesitance. The price is reasonable too with a friendly service. I now use this service weekly. Thankyou for the service you provide.

I had an emergency same-day dry-cleaning done with CityLaundryApp and upon initial enquiry on their website at around 11am, they contacted me a few minutes after asking for details of my request. For context, the dress had bad dirty statins at the bottom and a ripped seam along the leg slit. They came and picked up the dress in the next hour and promised to deliver by 5-7pm on the same day. It seemed too good to be true however the dress was back to its original pristine condition and a minor opening of a seam had been stitched back up perfectly--leaving no signs of wear & tear. I did not have to leave my apartment and the dress was returned perfectly and better than I'd expected. The total cost of the dry-cleaning service for an evening gown + stitching services was 35 (with free collection and delivery). 100% worth the price for the convenience and quality of service. Unprofessional company, website is misleading. You dont get a whole invoice on all cost . They dont weigh in front of you and they claim they gave 25% off but you cant see it .when you try to call to ask when your items will be brought back you have a rude guy answering the phone asking what you want . I spent 150 , it was a big load washing but not nearly 150 worth .They then give you these voucher the guy says its 5 but if you read you need to spent 30 to have any discount. I dont recommend at all . You dont get any confirmation or update on your transaction. Poor customer service and robbing you . Save your money and dont use them !
