        Amazing customer service from Suheyra. She was helpful and very patient. With her help I purchased a new product which Im excited to try. Her makeup was beautiful - a great representation for Mac.

        Such a bad customer service @MAC enfield town today. The CSR was acting very condescending towards me, when i asked for his help to find a product i wanted he looked like i bothered him, no please or thank you. I even had the audacity to want to buy and extra item that i noticed at the till and the csr acted again annoyed that i bother him. Extremely disrespectful and disgusting attitude.

        Customer service in this store is beyond awful. The woman on the till with green hair served a customer. Despite me waiting in the queue to pay, she said walked off and went to go look at a grown woman apply lip stick and completely ignored me. This isnt the first time staff members at this store have been bold faced rude. Save your money and time and go online or another store
