When we wanted to undertake a full refurbishment of our home in Fulham, we werent sure whether to go down the conventional architect route or to find a reputable design and build contractor. Initially, we met with architects and were slightly put off by their seemingly lack of build cost knowledge as well as their formulaic approach. As for building contractors generally, the sub-contracting route was not one that filled us with confidence either. Pascal was always on our radar, having seen and heard many good things about him, his design practice and his building team. Following our first meeting together, we instinctively knew he was someone we would enjoy going on our journey together. His unique style and approach, thoughtfulness, care, willingness to educate and seek out the best options for us was so reassuring and refreshing. When full technical designs were completed, we did invite some other local builders to tender, but to our joy, Pascals costs were the most competitive! Knowing full well what he is capable of achieving, our decision was a very easy one to take. Credit has to go across his entire team, from the designers in his office, who also relieved us of the administrative side of the equation, Pascals constant involvement, to the expert craftsmanship of all his staff. We have a home which is the envy of all our friends, but more importantly we have the house of our dreams. Pascal is truly exceptional, one of a kind, to be cherished and his mobile number passed to your best friends!

From the very beginning, we entrusted the renovation of our Fulham house to Pascal and the project has been an absolute joy from the start. Pascal's talent for visualising what can be created is outstanding. His attention to detail is legendary and his office team took care of all the administrative permits and paperwork, meaning that the often stressful bureaucracy of renovating a house was taken care of. His technical team is highly experienced and skilled and our project was completed on budget and on time, to a very high standard which means a lot to us.

Having had experience of many building contractors over the years we have been delighted with the Diligence and Competence of the team at Pascal Huser Design & Build. We have carried out a total demolition and rebuilding of our Fulham property. Pascal leads the team with inspired enthusiasm that spreads throughout the whole company. The attention to detail was impressive and really took the pressure off us knowing we had the quality, expertise and experience of Pascals team working on site. The design was enjoyable because of Pascals experience and flair. The planning application ,negotiations with suppliers and external contractors was handled in a professional and efficient manner. The accounts and budget were transparent all the way through our project,and the valuations followed a logical and manageable time schedule. The office team in particular Cristina and Emma have been superb in handling a lot of the administrative legal and planning aspects of the build.
