We were recommended H&B cleaning by our Agents as part of our End of Tenancy cleaning arrangement. From the start Shanice and the team were very professional, patient and easy to communicate with. We found they were fairly priced for their services and were happy to collect keys from the agents themselves. The final result was fantastic and the property was cleaned to an excellent standard with the team also removing any smaller items from freezers at no additional cost. Excellent cleaning service! I had to leave my flat in a pinch and didn't get the chance to remove some broken items before I left. H&B cleared some broken glass for me and left the place absolutely spotless! They picked up some keys at the letting agents to let them selves in, and lock up when the clean was completed, in order to avoid me having to come all the way back to London to let them in. We were recommended H&B Cleaning by our letting agent for an end of tenancy clean. They were communicative, efficient, on time and easy to deal with but by far the most important service they provided for us was the best and most thorough clean of our rental property. They left the house looking cleaner than when we arrived, no stone was left unturned and the carpets were spotless. It was utterly immaculate and I couldnt recommend them more highly. Incredible job!
