If you're looking for a caterer for your wedding these are the guys. They can accommodate most requests, and are totally flexible with how you want things to be. Also, the staff had such a positive attitude on the day it looked like they loved what they do, which really makes the difference. Above all else, the food is fantastic! We had so many comments from guests asking where we found them because they've never had such good wedding food. We could not have been happier with Hendrik and his team, great service, great value and exceptional quality. Good work guys!

Ribeye supplied the catering for our wedding and we could not have asked for more. Great service and fast response when helping out with selecting the menu. Everything was professionally set up and ready on the day for our arrival. Most importantly the food was fantastic, with a lot of our guest mentioning to us afterwards how much they enjoyed it. Thanks again ribeye, can't recommend them enough

Corporate Event - Outside BBQ We've just used South African BBQ (aka Ribeye Catering) for a corporate event hosted by our London office and couldn't recommend them more highly. We wanted a caterer that would not only provide great food but also provide entertainment to our guests by having the food grilled live. Our initial enquiry was promptly responded to by Hendrik who went away to put a bespoke menu together. Of all those who we approached South African BBQ offered both the standout menu but also extremely good value for money. Hendrik and his team provided all the equipment so there was no need to approach other suppliers for the likes crockery and cutlery, which was more convenient and less to think about. The day itself couldn't of gone better, the team arrived well in advance to setup and have the food ready for our guests. The food was amazing, our particular highlights were the Grilled Bagels with Roasted Aubergine Dip, Flamed Grilled Ribeye Steaks with Roasted Garlic Butter, Traditional Boerewors Sausage and the Bacon & Cheddar Cheese Potato Bake. It was unanimously agreed that the food was perfect and some of the best barbecued food we had ever tasted.

We recently booked Ribeye for our Christmas party (December 3rd), Hendrik was superb in all aspects of the job. He was extremely swift with our initial enquiry, offering a tailored menu for our particular tastes. He then quoted us an exceptionally competitive deal which was much better value than other quotes I had received (for much blander menu's). From the pictures on the site and descriptions on the menu I felt excited about the scope of the food and how well it would go down with the guests so we decided to book. Correspondence before the event was also first class, with fast replies to any questions we had. This meant I felt totally confident that our food service was in good hands and we could organise other aspect of the event without worrying about the menu. Hendrik took care of all extras too, like condiments and cutlery, proper porcelain and serving area. On the day itself, Hendrik came and worked the job himself, he was prompt to his estimated arrival time and set up in good fashion. The food itself was superb our menu of Tex Mex style BBQ and Southern favourites was excellent and plentiful too, and all of our guests were sufficiently stuffed! We had some great comments from even the fussiest of eaters as to the quality of ingredients and preparation of the food. And to top it all Hendrik was a very nice man, he conducted himself flawlessly, and made the whole night run smoothly. I can't stress how thrilled we were by the excellent service from Ribeye.
