I just passed to this shop as it close to my house and my pedal broke completely. The guy welcomed me so kindly and he offered his help immediately. He found a bolt and fixes my pedal in one second, so efficient and he saved my day absolutely! The team seems amazing and energetic, love this place and I highly recommend to anyone

01/04/23 Not much of a fan of getting my bike serviced, as not had much luck with mechanics. My bike sometimes returns feeling worse than when I left it. However, I think I've found the one! The few times I've visited, staff have been friendly and super helpful. I explained this time around when dropping off that I might have to go out of town for a few days. Not sure whether this prompted the ultra speedy service, but it was completed much sooner than expected! It looked great and, initial dread vanished after I started to ride it. It felt better than it had in ages. I have Ted Foxton's name on the receipt - thanks Ted!, but from booking it in, to the actual service and collection you were all great (sorry, I forget names). Thanks team! 08/09/22 Twaha was very attentive, despite having customers galore and seeming to be the only one on the shop floor. Much friendlier than some of the staff in the Streatham branch!
