        I was supposed to have an appointment at 12 for a consultation for Microblading. When I arrived there was not the person I was suppose to have the appointment with or the manager and the only employee present in that moment, that was attending another client, was rude towards me without neither trying to contact the person I was suppose to have the appointment with. He only rudely suggested to come back later or send an email. I have commute 40 minutes and change my working schedule to attend the appointment. This way of be treated was unprofessional and unpolite.
