        I celebrated my 40th birthday making macarons with Maud and my girlfriends. We all had such a wonderful afternoon! Maud made us feel very welcome in her lovely flat and is a great teacher. We all produced macarons that looked great but more importantly were delicious! I had such a great experience that I have booked myself on the choux class.
