Working with Paul at BetterPAD has been an absolute dream from start to finish. He was able to utterly transform my 1930s semi-detached home in need of quite a lot of updating into the beautiful, light-filled, joyous home of my dreams. He translated all of my descriptions and Pinterest ideas into a beautiful plan, thinking up brilliant solutions with creativity and care. Throughout the build process, he has been a phenomenal partner, working closely with the builder and me to ensure that the vision was realized as intended. Many building projects can be hugely stressful; this one has been a pure joy. I recommend BetterPad most enthusiastically and without reservation.

We have been working with BetterPAD for the last 7 months on our project. BetterPad, from start to to finish, have been an absolute pleasure to work with. We are doing a full renovation of our Victorian Terrance house in Putney and very thankful we have had BetterPAD there to help us. Betterpad were excellent. From the first, Paul was terrific to work with - not at all the arrogant architect trying to impose his ideas on us but always sympathetic and sensitive to our needs and lifestyle. Paul and the team at BetterPAD provided an excellent service for us. We very much appreciated their clear and up-front approach to costs, and the time taken to fully understand what we were looking to achieve through our proposed project. We felt listened to, and the plans reflected what we wanted, whilst also suggesting new or different approaches of the sort we would never have considered, but which really added to the quality of the overall design. We encountered some issues (no fault of the BetterPAD team) which were constructively and helpfully dealt with, and we were able to reach a position with which we were content. Throughout the entire process, Paul's enthusiasm, professionalism and real desire to find solutions were readily apparent; we felt like valued clients and are very pleased that we sought BetterPAD's input on our project.
