Little care shown regarding my ongoing issue with my 2021 Tiguan with a leaking boot when it rains. I am told the workshop were unable to replicate the leak on the 2 occasions the car has been in and therefore Martins offered no resolution to what is quite clearly a manufacturing fault. I provided a video recording of water dripping from the inside of the boot and asked Martins to communicate with VW to resolve the issue as it is evident there is a fault. I was told Martins can't communicate with VW regarding my issue because the workshop didn't find the leak for themselves and there was no water found (on both occasions when I booked the car in with Martins, the earliest availability was at least 1 month away so by the time they get the car, the water that collects in the tailgate door has dripped out into the inside of the car) Because water is collecting in the tailgate after heavy rainfall, the car becomes damp and condensation occurs throughout the car. Nothing of significance can be kept in the boot because water drips on it. I explained we have a baby and this is not an ideal situation and really needs sorting out by VW but Martins offered no resolution to getting the problem sorted.

Initial experience was fantastic! When we were first interested to purchasing our car, Luke was very proactive to responding to mails and any questions we had. Sadly since buying our car almost 2 months ago we have had radio silence from both Luke and his manager Ben regarding requests and questions. To get an answer out of our mails, we have to call in.

My car issues have been fixed, however, after my car being in the garage for several months, the vehicle was returned with no engine coolant and two dangerously flat tires. This causing the initial EPC warning light to come on and make the car very uncomfortable to drive worrying the engine would fail again which it had done previously.Quite disappointed considering the car had supposedly been checked before being released back to me

APPALLING SERVICE - avoid this company. I bought a car from them in January for 33k. The salesmen didn't have the 2nd key to hand on collection but promised to send it the next day. 4 months later - STILL NO 2nd KEY! I've made repeated phone calls and even sent a registered letter to the Sales Manager. I've had every fob-off under the sun: "it's in the post", "I'll call you back", "we'll get on to it". And a week after sending the Registered Letter - no reply whatsoever. My only recourse now is to buy a second key (very expensive with all it's electronic wizardry) and then reclaim the costs from them in the County Court. Disgraceful. Save yourself this sort of trouble and take your business elsewhere! Once they've had your money they couldn't care less about you. A disgrace to the Volkswagen brand. Edit after garage response to my review: The car registration is RK22 VJV - VW ID3. The salesman: Luke. Get in touch you say? So multiple phone calls and a registered letter to your sales manager (sent 8 days ago) don't count as 'getting in touch'? How should I "get in touch" other than this? YOU get in touch and GET ME MY KEY!
