        Atrocious experience. Pet misdiagnosed, followed by miscommunications, over an over again. After 7 days of suffering, the pet was put in our arms and told to go see another veterinary doctor, as they missed the window to undertake surgery ... the 'internal investigation' was another opportunity for all the staff to lie in their statements, along with the person in charge. Liars, incompetents, beyond belief. Keep your pets away! One star is too much for their failures.
