I have used J & L Planning Services twice now and I cant recommend them enough! They won both our appeals dealing with a very tough council (Enfield) and in situations when we had very little hope. Both times, Terry and his team were amazing throughout the whole process - explaining everything to us, competently preparing the case and dealing with the paperwork, responding to all our questions and keeping us updated, and generally supporting us throughout! The first appeal they won for us was for a driveway in 2017 and the second just now (actually today!) for a joint extension to two ground-floor flats. We have been disputing the extensions with the council over several years, many different versions of the plans were rejected. We ran out of options and turned to Terry and his team for the appeal. We just heard the wonderful news that the permission was granted and the plans approved without changes! Im sharing all these details to encourage people not to give up when they receive a refusal.
