Had a piercing done by Chelsea here, the experience was very good I'm very happy with the piercing and I felt calm and welcome the whole time, everyone was so nice, this was my first cartage piercing and Chelsea really made me feel at ease.

Such a great environment, I will be back. I was welcomed by Ti, a female piercist, who explained everything so clearly to me throughout my piercing process. I got my nose pierced on the opposite nostril and Ti took great consideration to ensure this was symmetrical to my current nose piercing. Done and dusted in moments and she even matched my jewellery. I came into the black heart in Epsom today and got served by Chelsea. She pierced my ear and it was amazing. She made sure that I was calm and that I was ready for it. I signed the confirmation allowing it. She gave me great help and all the things that I need for my piercing to keep it clean and I paid for a piercing and an earring. Lovely people inside go in again to get a tattoo. My first tattoo got a quote for it as well. Lovely people I recommend it Service: Ear piercing

I phoned up Black Heart Tattoos to see if anyone was able to help with putting my jewellery back into my nostril piercing, as I had it done very recently and it had accidentally caught and fallen out. Nose piercings are very likely to swell up and close quickly so there was a sense of urgency, but I spoke to a lovely piercer on the phone who told me to come in and I'd get served straight away to just pop it back in or even change the jewellery - she was really helpful. On arriving, I was told I had to wait 40 minutes to see someone - I just wish I'd been told before. It was such a small thing that needed doing and completely understand how it might work with walk ins, but the person at the reception even suggested coming back the day or week after - in my situation with a piercing swelling and closing up quickly that just isn't helpful. When I asked how else I might be able to sort something out the suggestion was just to put a plaster on it. Again I totally understand how things are with walk ins but that was not mentioned before, and I'd specifically told the person on the phone the timescale with which I'd be in. All in all just really frustrating and a lack of respect for everyone's time!

Upon arriving in the shop, I was greeted by a friendly atmosphere, and was taken back by how welcoming all the staff were. I came in to discuss some piercing options, and Ti helped me to map out some piercing designs before doing all three for me on the day. Ti made me feel at ease, informed me off all of the risks/aftercare afterwards, so I left feeling confident! In terms of the quality of the piercings, I cannot fault Tis piercing skills. In fact, I have recommended her to a couple of friends since, and to my little sibling who wants to get their first piercing soon. Her friendly demeanour and professional approach lets me know that my sibling will be in great hands. Overall I totally recommend Black Heart to anyone thinking of getting a piercing done - especially if youre a nervous first timer. Service: Ear piercing
