I wouldnt even give one star. Absolutely shocking customer service from dartford scs. They are not even busy the staff stand around amongst each other chatting, never approach you to secure an order/sale and absolutely never answer their phones. I booked in a fitter for a carpet for a bedroom, as they only have 1 fitter which is shocking in itself I had to wait 2 weeks just got a fitting appointment. They call u the evening before and told me to be at the property very early morning and do not allow to adjust for anytime! He also ignored me when I asked if he could do an hour or so later I am trying to get in touch with scs but they're not answering! And I've been chasing them since yesterday. Don't ever buy anything from here useless company and servic!e! I know have wasted my time !!

There may be a lot of negative reviews - some of the customers could be just 'Karen'! Since I was scruffy and looked poor, no refreshment was offered whilst other customers got them. I made purchase anyway - Paul was reasonably helpful. Some may have rated this 4 stars but either way they are okay.
