I took in what was supposed to be a brand new watch from another retailer and blemishes/scratches were pointed out instantly. I decided to go ahead with the engraving due to time contraints and the outcome of the workmanship of the new engraving was excellent.
Having come from one business feeling upset. It helped me feel a little better seeing the new custom print work on the back.
All done within an hour same day. So pleased I went and recommend you do also.
