If I could give it a zero I would. Every time I go in here I get served by the same lady, and she always gets my order wrong, today was the latest in string of mistakes. I ordered a hot chocolate and I got a coffee. It sounds minimal and a mistake you can forgive but when Ive ordered from the app I get there and they always say they never heard the app go off so I have had to wait 10 more minutes. Surely the whole point of the app is connivence for the customer and staff as there is no waiting time. And even when she has the sheet in front of her the order is wrong. Every time I speak to the app they say the regional will speak to the staff but nothing changes and all I get is compensation which is no good if all they are going to do is get my order wrong AGAIN!
