We have experienced good and bad service.
However our last takeaway order which was over 70
Had Moore hair in than a hairdressers floor.
We phoned to say all of our food was contaminated with human black hair in every single container.
And we was told oh sorry next time we give you somthing free.
Which I said no thank you
Could you please collect all and refund please
Then she just put the phone down on me.
No refund was given
And they seem to have bloked our phone number
I dont think this represents good customer service to a family who have been ordering a takeaway from this restaurant for over 5 years
And we normally spend between 50 - 85 with them weekly.
