I saw Dr Kaur earlier this year and she is so understanding of my cultural background. She focussed and prioritised me and my needs and gave me excellent statergises to manage my issues. Dr. Kaur has helped me so much when I first sought her support during the pandemic. She challenged me in a gentle way and made me look at certain things from a different perspective, which I had never explore before despite having been through therapy quite a few times. However, the most important thing that I have learned but still trying to incorporate in my everyday life, is to have compassion for myself; stop thinking that I am this person with major issues when I am just a human being with my struggles and doing the best I can. Thank you for all your support and kindness. You have really made a difference!

I recently worked with Dr. Kaur to address my anxiety, particularly around social situations and being in a new workplace as I entered the corporate world. Throughout our sessions, Dr Kaur created a safe and supportive space where I could explore my personal history and understand how past events were affecting me today. She helped me recognise how certain patterns and behaviours were manifestations of past traumas and gave me the tools to heal and move forward. She also provided me with practical strategies to manage my anxiety and encouraged me to challenge negative self-talk and beliefs. The tools she provided me have proven to be very effective, and I feel much more confident and in control of my emotions and thoughts. Overall, I would highly recommend Dr Kaur to anyone seeking a compassionate and skilled therapist to address their mental health concerns.

Dr Kaur made the process of starting and continuing therapy really comfortable and less scary than I expected. She is a fantastic psychologist and tailored sessions to meet my needs, even when those needs changed from session to session. She is easy to talk to and explains really clearly.
