Ockley Plumbing

We used Ockley when we first moved into our house several years ago for our boiler ans nest installation. They were very good at the time and we were impressed. The boiler came with years of servicing by them included in the price- each year we have had a harder and harder time getting hold of them to do the service. Weve tried emails, mesaaging, and calling to no avail. We've had to give up on it now as it's nearly half a year after the service should have taken place and we've had to employ another company to do it instead. If you've got a one off job you'll be fine, but once they have the money there's no incentive for them to come back

I would like to say how wonderful Oakley Plumbing are. Martin and a couple of his employees came out to sort a fault on my specialised gerberit toilet were polite, knowledgeable and friendly 10/10 Also the ladies I spoke to in the office were so friendly and accommodating 10/10 ! Engineer attended to look into a problem with my hot water pump, unfortunately he was not qualified/experienced in the problem so arranged for Martin to visit the next morning which was a Saturday. Unfortunately after calls and emails, Martin never arrived. Leaving me with no hot water and back to square one over a weekend. This complete disregard for the customer is why I wont be using Ockley again.
