        Just like that they have cancelled my antigen test needed for my cruise with less than 24 hours notice.. was booked 3 weeks ago.now .shocking...in a panic as all test centres booked .

        Wouldnt even give it one star staff are rude! Refuse to help you and then tell you to come back in half an hour knowing they will be closed! No wonder hospitals and gos are struggling if you cant get simple advice from a pharmacist

        Would of given it a zero if I could. My daughter had a prescription and they sent her away told her it's out of stock. She has autism and ADHD so would never confront them. They told her to try elsewhere. She did in the very hot weather. I've worked in pharmacy so called up an old friend whom works in Lloyds pharmacy crayford. He checked said yes it's available,ordered it for me she picked it up the next day. Thank you crayford Lloyds. Not sure why they lied at Dartford you all use the same manufacturers.
