The Groom Room Epsom

I was also shouted at by one of the groomers due to a misunderstanding among themselves should try to demat or not. All i did was trying to put my point across that cut some hair around eyes and mouth as the dogs hair gets dirty in the bowl. I was told they know the job best they have done dog diploma etc etc seems thats why they behaved like ......and was told no suggestions are needed. I asked them to be a human first and not groomers. Lady kept on shouting said the blades of the equipment will needs to be changed and i had to complain to her manager. he was quite polite. worst place to go it you get these ladies as groomers. God bless the ladies and hope they learn to talk to customers seems they are too much used to talking to DOGS god knows how they treat them as well.

Big thank you to the team at the Groom Room today who did a beautiful job of my Archie. They were so caring and helpful despite him being a handful when it came to his nails! Very grateful for the care you took of him. Thank you so much ladies.

Just had my cocker spaniel groomed today at the Epsom branch the staff have done a great job with his first cut. Spent time going through how I wanted him to look. He looks so handsome and just how I imagined him thank you ladies for a brilliant job!

When collecting my dog after his groom he was out the secure area and she said hed escaped. Very worrying! One girl was on her phone while grooming another dog. Will not be returning in future.
