The reception team is useless. They forget that we are the customers. The practice manager is nice but ineffective and clearly does not understand customer focus at all. The only positive thing I can say is that the cleaners do a good job.

Can't ever get through on the phone. Leave messages - no return of calls. Calls just go through to answer phone all the time. If you're a new customer then great, they'll take your money, but once paid, trying to get an appointment or speak to someone is impossible.

The staff are friendly, the place is clean and modern-looking, but I'm afraid I would not recommend Portman due to the fact there just doesn't seem to be enough practioners available to fit in a school child either early or late in the day to minimise school absence time. To make matters worse, we have had several appointments cancelled for no reason whatsoever, no communication and even one or two wasted, early exits from school only to turn up and find that the appointment was cancelled again with no reason or communication. Why did we need all these appointments in the first place? Quality of components used in my son's braces seem sub-par. Continually breaking.
