        Appalling service. Refused to give me my prescription. Kept me waiting and then blamed me for not giving the receptionist step by step instructions of what appt I was there for, even though they checked me in and could see on the screen why I was asked to come back. The 1st appt was 2 hours long, (trainee did everything wrong and then the head guy redid it all and barely updated my prescription at all, when it really needed looking at - Ive had 2 detached retinas so I take my eye health very seriously!) and they wouldnt let me leave for a bathroom break, a 2 hour appt is no joke when youre told itd be 30mins. Asked me to return for my lenses and said theyd call. They didnt. I called them a week later and they lied saying theyd arrived that morning (then why not call me as agreed? I dont have a crystal ball to know when theyd arrive!) went in on the 2nd appt to have them fitted - something that no other store has ever done! Also, Camberley branch were slating Fleet branch non-stop. Total madness and utterly useless staff, avoid Camberley Boots Opticians at all costs!
