        I wish I seen the other reviews about appointments being cancelled. Mine was cancelled as I was traveling to my appointment wasting a lot of my time. This is unprofessional behaviour which makes me concerned about how professional they are in their clinical work so I will not be returning.

        Two times the appointment was cancelled and rescheduling available weeks after. Unacceptable! Don't bother doing the appointment ... Terrible service and the person who called no even care...

        Cant say I had the greatest experience.Very inexperienced young girl who didnt have a clue and no one around to help her .Glasses were not fitted properly and all took hardly 20 seconds ! No customer service at all .The girl on the main desk was off hand ,verging on rude .I will be going back to Kingston branch who are qualified to deal with you and have customer service .I will have to go back to Kingston to get glasses properly fitted .
