        Louisa has been fantastic. She has looked after dad so well. She has persevered with sparking his interest in whats going on - little things like quizzes and offering to read the daily newsletter with him have made a big difference and helped to lift his spirits. Thank you from Roy and all of Roys family.

        When I first arrived, Louisa, Carlos and Catalina made me feel very comfortable and happy and I settled in very well. I never knew that life could be this good, after coming here. The food is excellent and very tasty. My room is lovely and comfortable and the garden couldnt be better, and so far everyone I have spoken to including residents are very nice and welcoming.

        Friendly caring staff .. who try their best to look after everyone no matter their challenges. My mother is currently staying here .. and now she has settled in is happy and content
