Turned up for my first visit after being recommended by a friend. I arrived to find out she had double booked. I get these things happen however the way I was treated after the realisation of the error means I will never go back. I was told that the other client booked at the start of October, only a few weeks before me to honoured her appointment. I was not offered to rearrange the appointment, only told to message my bank details to get my deposit refunded. Needless to say I was not impressed. To make matters worse the DM from her said the other client booked in August. I've been told different things. It comes across to me that she didn't want a new client, or just wanted to do her mate's nails and fob me off with a pretty much "I'll refund you, bye". If new clients are to be treated this way she won't get many more! Needless to say I won't ever be going back and have since found another Nail Artist to patron. Such a shame as her work looks amazing.
