I had a set of acrylics done and within a week they were cracking I had to visit the shop on two occasions the first was to fix one of the nails that had broken and within a day of fixing it, the same nail had snapped off complete along with my natural nail it was so painful! My injury was so bad but what made it worst was when I went back to the shop, and spoke to the manager he couldn't even be bothered to acknowledge the issue all that was said was if I had booked an appointment and to wait as they are busy overall I would never step foot back in that place I have been coming to the pace for year's now but I can see their customer service level are declining they are overbooking them self, never on schedule with their appointment, and negligent with their work! would rate a 0/10!
