I been here a couple times now and everyone Ive met seem lovely, their English isnt great but Ive been happy with my nails everytime and they always do the design on my phone perfectly. But Ive noticed they can be a bit rough with my nails to try finish quicker and often laugh and talk to each other in their language which makes me feel a bit self conscious. I went to Camberley nails and found the customer service not very good, quite rude in their attitude. The person whom was doing my nails I gave them my phone to show them kindly how I would like my nails and they coughed on my phone, they didnt seem to want to do a good job as didnt seem to have the patience to wait for the time that it would take for the nails to dry under the SUV Light. I didnt say anything as thought I would give the benefit of the doubt considering I am not an expert on Gel nails. I have had gel nails for many years now and 3 days later a nail came off which isn't the end of the world but not what I was expecting to happen and never had this happen before. I felt aswell when I was there the equipment they used did not look sanitised properly. The gentleman whom did my nails just dunked the feet exfolliator in the water that I had just had my feet in to clean it, maybe I was wrong in thinking this but I was concerned by the looks of the feet exfolliator it had been used quite a few times before me. If the staff had a nice attitude I would probably think differently. I didn't go back to them to rectify my nail as felt uncomfortable going back due to their attitude and went elsewhere. On the plus side my finger nails they did nicely but still the attitude did not make it a pleasant experience. I rarely get my finger nails done and this experience could indeed put me off wanting to get them done again. I won't be returning again due to the service and never had a gel nail fall off before in all the years of going to a nail salon.
