Steph welcomed me and helped me feel comfortable enough to finally realise that I couldn't afford to be without a scooter she disassembled and reassembled both new and used models quite happily. She asked what could be described as difficult questions in a sensitive and friendly manner. My Husband and I have been customers here for many years. All the Managers have been very good, but Steph is really lovely. Very kind and helpful but also very very knowledgeable about all the products available and will not sell you anything that is unsuitable for your requirements. She has been a great help to me over the last two months, since my Husband came out of Hospital and her advice has been invaluable. We also have a good laugh which has cheered me up no end.Thanks Steph you are a little gem.

Excellent and thoughtful service from Steph. Took the time to carefully assess what type of mobility scooter Mum needed and could use safely. Provided sensible advice on use and insurance cover. Definitely 5 star service.
