They managed to install the new boiler very efficiently, and was impressed by their expertise.         Installed and certified a boiler for me. 1 year later had another engineer come to give a gas cert and it failed on multiple aspects of the install are not up to regulations. Phone is off, can't get through to him so he obviously knows what he's done.
