I have recently purchased a property through Local Agent and couldn't fault them at all. Lorraine in particular was always very helpful, from taking my initial call to book a viewing, all the way up until completion. 5 star service/experience.

We bought and sold through local agent . Was professional throughout the process, always easy to get hold of when ever we had issues . Wasn't the smoothest process when selling and buying a house but was made easy with the team at local agent! Cant thank then enough and i would highly recommend using them and i will in the future. Jeff, Paul, Sharn & Amber were always available to help and deal with any queries. The girls are excellent at their job and should be praised for everything they do in order to get the house completed . So happy we had you all to deal with the ups and downs of moving. We had the pleasure of dealing with Jeff. Jeff was so accommodating and worked exceptionally hard to get us under offer within 5 days of being on the market! I would never use another estate agent again after having Jeff sell our home. He kept us up to date and we had lots of communication which made us feel relaxed leaving it in his hands!
