        With all the negative press around doctors surgery's, I must say that my experience with staff and doctors at Derby Medical Centre has always been efficient and helpful. 10/10 from me

        Dont understand my own go tells me to get the prescription at 12;30 Im so Ill I cant go so I send my mother she waits for an hour only for them to say they havent received a prescription!!!! What a waste of time now Im twice as ill as I was so I need a different prescription and got to ring again tomorrow I also rung them because boots told me to see whats going on only to find out also that she never signed it off what a complete and utter joke!!!!! Angry is beyond words

        Incredible to read all of these bad reviews, I understand that when people are unwell it is a stressful time, but I personally feel that Derby Medical Centre is very good. Receptionists are always helpful and my doctor (Dr Deveson) is brilliant and very understanding with just the right amount of empathy and wit in equal measure. IMO, the staff here are doing a great job considering the underfunded nature of the matter.
