        Quite possibly some of the worst customer service I have experienced courtesy of the Camberley Store Manager, Tanwar. I was sent a faulty item on an online order and looked to exchange in store but they didn't hold stock of the item I needed so I asked to return it but Tanwar refused to do so on the basis it is faulty. I had explained it was sent to me in this condition and ideally would have exchanged over a refund but he still refused and said I would need to get in touch with customer services online. Outright refusing me my consumer rights because he obviously doesn't know A) good customer service skill or B)what these are. I have asked customer relations to review the training of in store management as I I'd feel really sorry for anyone who didn't know their rights be to treated so unfairly by a manager. for anyone else unfortunate enough to have trouble with their store manager - if you tweet and also email H&B customer services, they will look to help you.

        I need to be on vitamin D. I've always got them in Holland and barrett, and always buy vitamins D 25g for HERE FOR 8.19P AND 2ND ONE FOR PENNY. BUT THEY ONLY HAD THAT OFFER FOR THE 10G VITMAINS D... SO I PAY 18.50.FOR 2. 25G VITMAINS D
