Benefit Cosmetics Beauty Bar

I emailed this to Benefit directly but I will also share my review here... I wanted to send a review of the service I received today from a Sue in House of Fraser in Camberley. I popped in and was only browsing and her gentle, inquisitive nature and knowledge were captivating. Her passion and love of Benefit oozed from her without being over whelming and knowledge of not just your product (which she's hired to sell) but knowledge of make up and skin care/application was impressive and definitely lead me to spend more. I left the store feeling amazing! She matched me to products that complimented my skin type and tone and I feel 100 x better about myself today which had given me confidence and a lift on a gloomy rainy English day. I want her effort, enthusiasm and confidence to be rewarded. Thank you Sue! You're a wonderful person and have given me tips and tricks I can now feel confident in using each day alone with products that make me feel good in my own skin and beauty.

I met Keris on my visit to the Benefit counter in house of Fraser Camberley, she was polite, extremely knowledgeable, patient and very helpful. She took her time to go through the products with care, explaining the ingredients and benefits. This is probably the best experience I have received in this store and as a reasonably frequent shopper I cannot praise Keris enough! Just excellent
