Having just sold our home of 40 years and bought our recent one through Michael Everett & Co this month, we cannot thank them enough for the most amazing service, help and support we have received to make us move to our dream home. We chose Michael Everett as they were highly recommended by our son, having purchased his own house through them a few years ago. Liz McGowan and Claire Price dealt with the whole process of our sale and purchase most efficiently and professionally from start to finish. Liz, who has an excellent knowledge of the Epsom area, advised us on a realistic sale price for our house, and made everything as transparent and stress-free as possible. In less than two weeks they had found us a buyer! Within a month they had also found us our dream bungalow in another lovely part of Epsom. As expected, there were hiccups on both the sale and purchase of a chain of 4, but Liz handled all our queries calmly and reassuringly.
