        I went to this place this afternoon and I was served by Amber. She was fantastic. She gave me loads of advise especially to someone who never had any knowledge about skin care/make up. I hope The Body Shop would treat her with care. We can hardly find anyone like her, her patience and her care towards her customer is mind blowing. Thank you so much AMBER :)

        Walked in with my daughters and they were emptying shelves and cleaning them. As soon as my daughter was looking at things in a stand one of the girls stopped what she was doing came straight over and started to clean right where my daughter was lookinh. I wasnt sure if it was because my daughter was smelling the products. My daughter moved to another part of the shop as she made her feel uncomfortable and she then went and cleaned there so I started saying let's just go. I think the girl noticed I wasn't impressed and was then asked a range of questions. She asked if I was looking for anything inparticular I said no was just looking then as I started to walk out she said would I like any help then I was like no it's OK were going to go and as I was at the door she said well do you have a body shop loyalty card and I said yes just so she would let me leave. I don't have a loyalty card but with being treated like that in the shop It would be pointless in me having one. Think I will stick to the bracknell branch instead. Felt it was quite rude and unwelcoming. Was looking for a birthday present for my daughter but left empty handed because of how this particular staff member was
