Also, understandably due to social distancing, a limited amount of customers are allowed at one time, which is fine. Unfortunately, today a lady and I had to wait outside in the pouring rain due to this. Especially poor for a chain that sells umbrellas and canopies! For the sake of keeping customers happy, spare a few brollies!
