        Manager Thomas lied about a price query after I had to exchange a product they wrongly sold. Lied about the price charged me 3.90 more. Disgusting customer service. Should not be employed. Id like to speak to head office

        Visited the Epsom store today (19/7/22), the hottest day of the year. About 40 today, and according to the staff member, the air conditioning has not worked in the shop for a year , it was unbearably hot in the store. Come on Rymans head office, sort it out for the sake of your staff. I'm sure you are happily sitting in air conditioned offices.
