        OMG, what amazing customer service and advice. Rob at Epson gave me insight and advice on resetting my system to maximise sound quality and what a difference. No amount of manual reading would have given me the information Rob was able to provide. Just a fee tweeks and my B&W speakers which were one excellent, are now truly awesome. Thank you so much Rob, will be considering that amp upgrade.

        My go to guys for the past 8 years for all things A/V - Rob and Ed's superb knowledge and incredible service has helped guide my upgrade path with the perfect kit to suit my needs, (always suggesting the right equiptment not the most expensive!) providing several systems over the years that have always exceeded my expectations.

        SSAV Epsom were quite simply head and shoulders above several other hifi stores I have visited over the years. Rob at Epsom was hugely helpful, clearly knowledgable, provided a highly personalised advice that was considerate of my requirements and budget. Had great attention to detail and that applied too to accessories like interconnects and speaker cable. Central to my experience, Rob was incredibly patient and accommodating, spent time debating and weighing up pros and cons on different equipment options and combinations, and even helped with installation for a reasonable fee. It is clear Rob has a passion and real interest for what he does, and this translates into the manner in which he interacted and treated me as a customer. Unhesitant recommendation and really pleased to be able to support a high street shop when the temptation these days is to order online. I will be back even though this store is out of area for me. Thank you again!
